“I liked your cafetiere coffee but I was put off by the length of time it took to make it. Ten minutes, all in, is too long for me. I like coffee but I also like green tea or chamomile just as much. I'm not a coffee buff so a four minute steep for a lesser coffee is a better option for me. Sorry!”

“Having been let down by my previous coffee supplier, I tried three other online suppliers, ordering small bags of different coffee beans, to compare them.
I chose Rave in the end for several reasons. I liked their website and their knowledge about the production and the producers. I liked the fact that despite covering a variety of styles of coffee, their list is not expansive. Better to deal with fewer growers and be more knowledgeable about the coffee.
Finally, I thought the pricing was fair and their customer service friendly and quick. I have chosen to take out a subscription, because it is so flexible and saves some money.”
“I bought these coffee beans for my husband as they are his new favourite. Our son bought him a sample pack (a decent amount of three coffees so we could try them a few times) and of the three (all of which were very good quality), this was his favourite. We bought some of our usual beans when the samples ran out and they were disappointing by comparison. The Italian Job has a strong, rounded flavour, smooth and satisfying and he feels like he’s had ‘a really good cup of coffee’. We’ll definitely purchase again.”
