“This particular consign ent was not up to the usual high standard. The order and delivery were fine, as usual. The coffee ordered ( Chatswood No6) was for ground beans. In the main this was the case but there was a high proportion of whole beans in the bag.
I expect the next order will be back to the usual high standard,”

I buy coffee from rave on a fairly regular basis (about once a month). All of the coffee has been so consistent and the help i’ve received from the customer service team has been impeccable, they are always quick to respond and sort everything out for me (even if i’ve inputted the wrong address!)
