“In my last delivery in December, one of the coffee bags had a cut and a piece of sellotape covered half of the cut. I was truly disappointed knowing how RAVE takes pride of their coffee. I didn’t make an immediate complaint, thinking it was a busy time for festive season. However after thinking about it, the person who packaged the bag knew there was a cut, hence a sellotape was placed on it, but recklessly, as only half was covered. I could only think how hard was it to just replace the bag and to maintian the standard. Then last week I had a chance to stop at the factory and mentioned about the delivery to Sarah. With her great service mind, Sarah replaced the bag for me without any hassle. I honestly didn’t expect the replacement; all I wanted was to give a feedback as I actually do like RAVE. Coffee business is very competitive but attention to detail can make a huge difference in a long run. Thank you for your service, Sarah.”

“I’ve loved Rave since the late ‘80s and this has extended to my coffee purchasing. I’ve tried a few but stayed with Rave as they are knowledgable but pleasant, and laidback but reliable.
There’s no hard sell but they do try to inspire interest in new beans by providing good profiles and local info. I normally order the Fudge and Signature blends.”
