“Colombia El Carmen Nº 50 Large (1kg beans)
Fantastic service, used twice now and will continue to use. Also bought latest Aeropress and permanent filter - with promos worked out best price online.
As an avid coffee fan(4-5 cups per day)and all things South American , the El Carmen transported me back to Colombia.
Using a fine ground the Aeropress produces an extremely smooth, light and fruity coffee. Can definitely taste the red berry fruits, Cherry and Coco. As expected the stove top Moka produces a more intense dark fruits with some caramel notes coming through - no bitterness. Great blend with enough caffeine to keep me motivated without those heady spikes.
Thoroughly recommended Rave and El Carmen.
