“Can't fault them really - we're not "coffee nerds" but do like a nice brew - at first was a tad "upset" (bit strong, but hey ho) that they didnt do 500g sizes, as was scepticle we'd get through 1kg (to take advantage of the free delivery over £25 - superb offer BTW ) before they beans went "stale" - but the coffee was so good, the beans were soon used (3 weeks) we're now on our 3rd.
Superbly freshly roasted, being used to "off the shelf" blends before, which are oily dark, these looked "bland" in comparison........but once you grind them...........wow, we even put a small amount in a muzzlin bag in our larder cupboard simply for the aroma !!!

“The Italian Job is right up there as my favourite rave coffee bean, it has a lovely distinctive chocolate taste with every sip and it is perfect for latte's as the notes really punch through the milk.

The selection is amazing, especially if you're looking for decaf which I've found hard to find tasty decaf beans in the past. The Colombian El Carmen Sugar Cane Decaf Nº 77 is a strong favourite. As are various regular caffeinated blends & the occasional single origin when the flavour notes temp me to grab a bag.
Highly recommend Rave to anyone who likes coffee or even if you just have a vague interest & want to try something more flavourful than the mostly bland supermarket stocked options.”

“After a hiccup in the system, my order was despatched promptly to arrive the next day.
Royal (Fail) Mail changed that to 48 hrs, being untruthful about the reason. After all, it's "an aim, not a guarantee." Yet again, a day of my life wasted I can't get back! Rave not to blame.
I ordered the 3 X 250gr. bags of coffee and 3 (small) 500gr. size aeroscaphe containers for storage. I also ordered the stainless steel coffee spoons with the claim that they can be stored within the individual container with the coffee. With my order as above, they don't! The dome of the spoon just stops the lid from seating properly with 250gr. coffee in situ. So, anyone ordering the same configuration as me, buy the medium sized aeroscaphe container and all should be well.”
