Hi Dariusz, I completely understand that it's frustrating when things don't go to plan, but as stated in our emails: You purchased the item late Friday last week, we posted in on Monday (the first possible opportunity,) the earliest it would have arrived is Wednesday. You emailed to say it hadn't arrived this Friday, it's is a little late but, considering the Royal Mail are still struggling with staffing levels and high demand, I don't think it unreasonable to wait and see if it turns up after the weekend. If it doesn't we will then sort someting out. I don't think it's fair or reasonable to publicly complain and write a negative review when we have done our bit quickly and responded to all you emails in good faith. At no point have we ignored you or refused to help you. Regards Martin

“I did a lot of online research looking for a 6- string, electro acoustic dreadnought with classic tone woods for around £500. I found the Guild 260 CE at a very good price at Rattle & Drum. My enquiries lead to a consideration of a Takamine model described by Woody on the phone; he later mailed me several photos to consider. His account of the quality of the Takamine was very tempting but in the end I went for the Guild. Having made my online purchase Woody sent photos of the figuring pattern fir my approval before dispatch; very much appreciated. All in all a very positive purchasing experience with personal help when needed; what more can one ask. Now it's arrived all my anxieties about that stripey ebony back and sides gave melted; I live it already. Sibcere thanks again to staff at Derby R&D and Woody (Woodie) in particular.
