“I have a 13 year old daughter who is really musically wired. I took her to Rattle & Drum to buy an accoustic guitar with the gizmo’s to be able to amp it up as well as just playing low key so to speak. The staff were amazing , kind , enthusing and helpful and made her feel that she ‘counted’. They did all this with care and understanding but also with a feeling of being young and the world was her oyster . She came out of there with a new guitar, but most of all, a sense of belonging and self worth. Thank you so much for this as her life has been far from easy of late and music is her escape.”
