“I've had no issues in the past with Rattle & Drum but on this occasion they did not let me know both the items (cables) I purchased were out of stock. They took about 19 days to arrive and to be honest I've got things from China quicker. I don't think they should be selling items that are out of stock or at least let their customers know which they didn't.”

“They don't keep items in stock, so pay up front, wait 2 weeks then my order was short. Had to chase, then no answer to e-mails. Don't waste your time!”

“I'd not heard of Rattle & Drum before but took a risk ordering a green emperor drum head. I received email information to let me know my drum head was on order. I followed up with a phonecall to the shop to see when the order would be fulfilled. The gentleman I spoke with was very polite, friendly & helpful. He let me know that my order should arrive with him in a few day & he'd get straight out to me. This was honoured, so happy customer! I'd recommend using Rattle & Drum.”
