“Great store with brilliant customer service, Woody was so helpful in sending me pictures of certain basses they had in store to gauge fingerboard colour. The bass I ordered came packaged safely with a great setup, all with next day delivery. Will continue to shop here over other stores for sure. Thanks guys!!!”

“I have been going to Rattle & Drum in Derby for many years and I always find the staff very friendly, helpful and have exceptional customer service skills. On this occasion I dealt with Ben, who helped me with a trade in and the purchase of some Drum Workshop items. Ben was very helpful, friendly and polite and ordered me exactly what I was looking for. Rattle and Drums pricing is always very good and competitive and they will always help if you may have seen an item cheaper elsewhere . I cannot recommend this store enough .....why go anywhere else, they’ve got it all- Thanks to Martin and all the staff at Rattle and Drum.”
