“Have used Rattle and Drum on many occasions, recently made a small purchase online, which not only arrived before it was supposed to but was delivered by hand by Ben from the drum department as A, he was passing as lived in the next village, B the item was small and awkward to package economically. Very polite and thoughtful.”
