“I was looking at hosting a charity event for which I needed a PA system. I had no knowledge of the systems or anything associated with these systems. “Ordered a Mapex Mars kit and hardware from Rattle and Drum, I have used them previously. Kit was delivered very quickly. However, on arrival there were some errors with the order, but to their credit, Ben got the problem sorted and replacement components were delivered by lunchtime the very next day. I was happy with the price, the delivery was really quick, but the customer service was excellent, which goes a very long way when you are choosing who to shop with when making your next purchase. I will definitely shop with Rattle and Drum again.”
