“Popped in the store for a new drum kit for my son. We were looked after so well by Ben who's knowledge is immense. Came home with a DW performance series in chrome shadow and a DW collector's series maple snare in black. My son just loves the kit and it sounds incredible. Excellent service and looked after my son so well. We wanted to support a local business rather than an internet order. Thank you guys, we will be back no doubt for more goodies!!”

“I bought a gig bag from Rattle and Drum via eBay. It arrived packaged in an Ibanez (bass) box which caused much hilarity of the "you've not bought another Ibanez have you" kind. Seriously though, the bag arrived 2 days earlier than scheduled, was bagged up and brand new, not kicked around the storeroom that I've had from other shops. I'm really pleased with the purchase and the service.”
