“I had a query about the the hickory drumsticks that I had ordered, they were not made of the type of wood advertised on the site (maple). However the gentleman that I spoke to on the telephone was really friendly and helpful demonstrating a high level of professionalism and we resolved the matter. It is because of that commitment that I have written the review.”
