“Needed some advice on a Cajon. Called the guys; they were helpful and knowledgeable and helped me narrow my choices to the models that had the features I wanted. They gave an accurate estimation of the delivery time, and the prices were as good as the online anonymous vendors. So I purchased, and my new cajon arrived when expected. It sounds very good.”

“I ordered four pairs of sticks. A week goes by and nothing, I emailed - no reply. Then, 11 days after my initial order, I got a call saying one pair were out of stock. They refunded me for the out of stock sticks, fair enough, and despatched the others...11 days after my initial order. I try to support independent retail, but I won't be supporting this independent retailer again.”

“Ordering was easy and time scale for shipping seemed quick but DHL were dreadful and said delivery on this date then said delay so rang R+D and Kevin was very helpful and DHL now say delivery on Monday when I was expecting it sooner and broke down my old rack ! and away in Edinburgh on delivery day !!! Only. Gave 3 stars due to poor shipping not sure if I’ll order from again, logistics but sick of ordering stuff when an eta is given and always customer chasing up”
