“So I was saving up for a nice budget acoustic guitar and asked for advice, and so when I next went with my friend (who had recommended them before), they happily gave it to me and suggested I get the tanglewood crossroads, from there the Covid-19 outbreak halted my plans for a while. A week or so later, I called them up to see whether they are still operating and whether they still had the guitar in stock. And a nice guy answered and said yeah, and that they'd be happy to deliver, due to the circumstances for free. He explained that the guitar gets properly set up (intonation, action and all the rest) and that the guitar will be sealed up and padded generously for transport. Lo and behold, two days later, I get my guitar, packed in about nine million layers of boxes, bubble wrap and foam. So that was a happy surprise (not for the bin men though) then I opened it up, tuned it and drooled for a second at the beautiful guitar they'd suggested me, how amazingly it played and the delight in the sound and feel of it after the guys had set it all up perfectly, especially considering it only cost £99 - it exceeded my expectations by a mile and I'm thrilled - to the guy reading this for good pr, please personally tell the team that I am ecstatic and delighted and everyone has my utmost gratitude.”
