“I ordered a small part November 17 and still have not received it, December 5. I had to chase to find out the status of my order. I ordered a similar part from another company and it arrived 2 days later.”

Hi Jim, I've just reviewed this order as we work very hard to ensure we stick to advertised time frames, as you can see from our reviews generally, we take our customer service very seriously. I must admit, the recent Royal Mail strikes have made this very difficult, however, in this case, the part was advertised as coming from our supplier which would take 7 working days. Your item was posted on time but does look to be held up in all this Royal Mail mess along with many others. I can only apologise on their behalf but would like to point out that we could not have been more transparent about the lead time on this item.

“I telephoned to inquire about a Mapex drum kit. A very helpful employee discussed the options of buying the kit offering different drum size options. I particularly wanted a 20 inch bass drum. After a discussion on drum sizes and finishes. Once I had decided on the make of drum kit I wanted , the sizes and finish I asked about the Klarna payment options. This is something I never considered doing before. But reading the the payment plan options it was Clear that I could spend the payments over the next 6 months. Filled the paperwork that was easy . I was approved for the payment plan within seconds. So now I have a fantastic Mapex armory kit in emerald green finish with a 20 inch bass drum and have payments over 6 months. Thanks for your great service Rattle & Drum. Will be back soon. Phil.”
