Hi Thelma, This item was ordered on the 29th August (Saturday) Sent to you via Royal Mail on the 1st which was the earliest opportunity via Royal Mail 2nd Class. We are in England and you are in Northern Ireland. It does seem a little harsh to leave us a 1 star review having waited only 4 days for it to arrive and not even contacting us once to see where it was!?

“Poor communication, was not informed that the product I had bought would take 2 weeks to turn up compared to the 4 days I was told via email. Poor customer service when I sent an email wondering where my parcel was and again was mislead by what was told through a short and blunt response.”

“The transaction was the one thing they were good at, I ordered some drum sticks that sadly broke after one use of them! I know it’s an awkward situation because they are meant to be hit, but with my playing ability the same sticks always last at least 2 weeks minimum (around 20 hours) before breaking. I tried to contact them and received no reply, that’s the main reason I would review this badly as the communication wasn’t there. Thanks anyway!”

“I drifted on to the Rattle and Drum website when searching for a Takamine electro-acoustic guitar There it was! - £50 cheaper than anyone else so I dived in . The item was delivered very swiftly and securely within 2 days - and it plays as we all expect Takamines to play Very pleased all round”
