“Easy and friendly to deal with. I got an immediate response to my enquiry, and it was very helpful too. They also had what I wanted in stock, which was excellent because I'd been looking everywhere for an outsized hard case for a Flying-V bass. The price was good and delivery was next day. Altogether excellent!”

“I Recently ordered a Ludwig snare online from Rattle and Drum. It was timed to arrive for an important festival we were playing in Germany. Due to a postal strike, the delivery was not going to happen in time. Martin at the store, realising my dilemma, sent the drum home with one of the store’s team, which enabled me to drive up to Derby after hours, then head straight to the airport, with my new Black Magic in tow. The gig went off brilliantly, and I can’t thank the team at rattle and hum enough for their superb communications and personal attention. Big shout out to Woody, Martin and Kevin 🤟🏻 Andy G ( PAGAN ALTAR )”
