“Good customer service. Delivery was a bit delayed as it departed from the manufacturer's. The tool provided doesn't fit the drum's tuning screws, but I guess that's Meinl's responsibility. Nevertheless, very happy with rattle and drum and my djembe”

“I had a Zildjian 16” K Custom cymbal which although is brilliant, sadly didn’t meet my needs for sustain and power when playing live. I emailed Rattle and Drum asking if they had the same cymbal but in a 19”. Martin from Rattle & Drum came back to me very quickly to tell me that they had got the cymbal in a 19” and gave me a very fair price offer for my cymbal to trade for the new one. The price for the cymbal I was buying was a great price compared to some other retailers. Rattle and Drum’s pricing is always good and they are always happy to do a deal. I went into Rattle & Drum the very next day, Martin took my cymbal from me and had my new one ready. As usual Martin was very friendly, helpful and polite ....a quick transaction and I was out of the door with my new shiny cymbal. I was rehearsing the following night with the band I play in and the cymbal sounded amazing and completely satisfies my needs. Yes I could have sold my cymbal and possibly got £10-£20 more, but how long would that have taken? How many time wasters/ tyre kickers would I have to have dealt with? What would the selling/ payment fees have cost? etc......this was an easy and quick process. Thank you as always to Martin, Kev and the wonderful team at Rattle & Drum, Derby.”

“Ordered some used hi hat cymbals with the help of Woody from Rattle and Drum. A simple and straight forward ordering and payment process. My items arrived quickly and very well packaged to protect against damage and communication regarding the status of my delivery was great. In terms of the condition of the used cymbals, they were exactly as described. It was refreshing to see an in depth description of the item as most other businesses online selling used drum equipment I've found spend more time typing disclaimers rather than describing the things they're selling! 🤷🏻‍♂️ 5* for Rattle and drum and would definitely buy from them again.”
