“I spoke with Martin who was extremely helpful and provided all the guidance I needed in order to purchase the appropriate set of drums for my teenage son. This meant that there was no pressure to purchase from Rattle and Drum; I could have gone elsewhere. However, I did as Martin very kindly put together an appropriate package for me. As we talked extensively over the phone, there was no need for me to travel from Stoke on Trent to Derby. I ordered the kit on Saturday and it arrived by courier the Tuesday after. Top service and I would definitely recommend you talk to them before purchasing a drum kit from anywhere else!”

“They called when an item I'd ordered wasn't in to see if I wanted to change colour as it was two week wait fir if to come in and the rest of the order came really quick very pleased indeed”
