“Informative and easy-to-use website with competitive prices; I ordered a number of different items. I was concerned that one item might delay the order, but upon emailing the company I received an email reply within about 10 minutes to reassure me that all would be OK. Goods arrived well packed and in perfect condition.”

“The item that I bought (J.N Guitars Cask Series Cigar Box Acoustic Guitar) was disappointing—poor design, poor build quality and over priced. And I would say that Rattle & Drum does not seem to be set up for ecommerce. My item took over three weeks to arrive and communication was poor. If you're thinking of buying online from these guys my advice would to approach with caution. Cheers.”
