“I ordered a Fender gig bag for my bass online and, due to a mis-direction, the wrong one was delivered. After making contact to report this, I was contacted by Tak from Rattle and Drum and the issue was resolved and the correct bag delivered to my door the very next day! Cannot complain about that and I'd use them again...”

“They have very good products at a fair price. I got email updates with regards to the product for instance i received an email that the product was being prepared for shipping and then later received another email informing me that the product had been shipped out. The item arrived earlier than the stipulated time and this made me happy. Overall, i am happy with the experience”
