“Professional, helpful and so happy I found you guys. I ordered a gong from another company that completely messed me about so I cancelled and got in touch with these guys. They kept well within their timeframes (I actually miraculously got my gong for an event that it was originally purchased for, when I ordered it with rattle and drum I knew even if it got here early it would be too late for the first event, but it arrived the day before). I was met with human responses and honesty and I’m really thankful I purchased from you. Thanks so much!!!!”

“Brilliant drum just what I needed it is such good quality and value for money. The sound is perfect, deep and resonant. I love the fact that I can use it outside for ceremonies without having to be precious or worry about the weather. It feels like a good one to start with.”

“I first saw the mouth watering Pearl MCX, 7 shell kit on the R&D website, researched it.....made 2010, snare included, and after a call to Martin, who assured me that it was in "as new" condition, decided to satisfy my drummers dream of a high-end (for me) maple kit. I've always been a devotee of Pearl, and wow, this kit is the muts!! Not only is it perfect, two of the drums (8"&16"toms)have never been played, not a mark on the batters, tags still attached!! The PR cases were similarly perfect, they still have the new smell and are still shiny. I have had nothing but honesty and excellent service from R&D and will go to them first for my percussion requirements from now on. Oh, and did I mention, they were delivered with TLC by Kevin to my house in Somerset.”

“I was let down by another drum store and needed some items next day. Rattle & Drum really helped me out by getting the items to me the following day despite my order coming in late in the day. I won't hesitate to use them again! And thanks to them I was able to get my new drum kit up and running!”
