“This guitar was purchased online and was ready to collect by the time I had finished eating my lunch, so It was a quick dash to the shop to pick It up, the guitar was on the counter out of Its box ready for me to check over & make sure It was what I wanted, the guitar Itself was not needing a setup It was perfect as It was, I was not expecting that It was explained to me that the 1st setup was included In the deal at no extra cost.”

“The Fender tremolo arm is excellent, so was the postal service I received. It's just a shame I didn't realise that there are a load of different thread sizes and so the part I purchased doesn't fit my Squire Fender copy!!! Buyers need to be aware of this! I haven't bothered contacting Rattle and Drum because I don't think it would be worth the hassle.”

“I ordered some drum accessories online and that was verry straightforward, and as I live locally I collected them the same day, which again was very straightforward. Whilst in the shop I sought advice on possible future drum purchases, and was given extensive good advice, which I found very helpful. All in all I will have no hesitation in shopping there again.”

“I can't praise Rattle and Drum enough for my recent purchase of a (new) very unusual Acoustic Bass guitar, especially Woody who was my contact there. He kept me informed of progress at all stages of the ordering process. There were a few teething problems with the instrument, but they were quickly resolved, and I am extremely pleased with the Bass. Helpful, professional and friendly are three words that spring to mind - I would thoroughly recommend Rattle and Drum.”

“I purchased 3 Evans drum heads of different sizes. The two smaller heads were removed from their boxes and put inside the largest head and then inside the largest box, which I'm guessing makes postage cheaper / easier and the heads are probably less likely to get damaged in transit. However, this also meant that I didn't get my Players Circle points for the two smaller heads - it would have been pretty easy to detach the points codes and put them in the package, so dropping a star. Other than that minor gripe, it was all good.”

“Customer service was good, with a prompt phone call when the item I ordered was found to be out of stock. The item was reordered immediately and delivered a couple of days later, carefully package. I wouldn't hesitate to use Rattle and Drum again.”

“These guys are great! They have all the little bits and pieces you might want for customising drums, and if its not in stock they chase it down. Fast becoming my go-to source, because they are rarely beaten on price. Also great packaging with none of the excess nonsense you get from some companies - Amazon is a good example!”
