“Sad that customer service and despatch time now so poor - over a month to get a tiny item sent. Website says 14 day lead time for despatch, fair enough, but why did it take another two weeks to post a small envelope? Will be looking elsewhere in future, even if costs are a little higher.”

“The order seemed smooth, the communication was accurate: and so was the Couriers. HOWEVER; I had to wait 18 days for a 30 cm Gibraltar Rack pipe, which I needed quickly (& could gave got from Thomann in Germany in under 12 days- which would have been worth it to me so ) I can say they delivered- I got my item well packaged -but far too late for my gig. They kept their word & maybe the delay was down to other suppliers or whatever. I think they are reliable but perhaps it is best to not assume orders will be with you in just over a week. I would contact them if you even suspect a delay or an item is advertised but not in store.”
