“I've got to say, I normally use the big online companies because you expect to get the best value and best service but my experience of Rattle and Hum has been outstanding and exceeded my expectations. The price was reasonable, they delivered the next day at no extra cost and the goods arrived within the time specified time window. Perfect! I'll definitely use them in the future.”

“Purchased an acoustic guitar from R&D took a few days longer than 1st expected to deliver, but It was extremely well packed for its journey north. Beautiful instrument, very good customer service from this company. When it was discovered the item wasn’t shipped when it should have been, they made sure it was shipped there and then, assuring me of next day delivery. Courier was also excellent. Top job guys. Thank you. I shall return.”

“Bought a Furch semi-acoustic from here and the guy was extremely knowledgeable. Instead of getting me to buy the most expensive, he opted to point me in the direction of getting the most out of my budget. He threw in a gig bag and a capo for free too which is always nice! Highly recommend this place if you want honest knowledge.”
