“Ordered a snare drum that was in stock with the supplier on Saturday. Martin said it would be delivered to me the following Friday. The snare was delivered in perfect condition, 2 minutes after I got home from work on Friday :)”

“Kev was brilliant he spent ages talking to me about cymbals and we decided on Istanbul Xist traditional set in the end, he sorted finance for me and I was really happy it is so nice to have such a knowledgable person to talk to I would always go to Rattle and Drum if i need anything else in future”

“I don't like offering negative reviews, but sometimes you have to. I ordered a tone potentiometer from this company; they sent the wrong type (You had one job to do?). Just prior to my order they had '3 available' (I always take a 'Snipping tool' screen shot of my purchases) - my purchase would've meant that 2 would still be available. Naturally, my wrong item would have to be sent back (sigh), but when I tried to re-order the correct item they had none left... .. Someone had bought the last two. If you notice below the amount available, you'll see how many have been sold; click-on this link and it tells you the last 7 buyers. So, they sent me the wrong item but were unable to replace it with the correct one as they'd sold both remaining ones. Bad-luck? probably, but they HAD ONE JOB TO DO. Luckily, I wasn't in a hurry for the pot, I therefore ordered it elsewhere, cheaper, and waited around 2 weeks for delivery - but too-bad if you have an important gig coming up and you need it pronto, eh?”

“I have used rattle and drum for all our drumming purchases and they are always helpful and make you feel confident you got the right choice with an honest answers and advice to any questions I had. They have great choice of instruments and hardware for drummers and a large selection of guitars too. Well worth a visit too this warm and Welcoming shop Thanks guys”

“Top music store in the Midlands, friendly laid back atmosphere with helpful and knowledgeable staff , you can happily shop there without feeling hurried or pressured ,browse at your leisure or seek the advice if you require it the lads are only too happy to explain or demo the items off Your choice , big thanks to Ben for his time and great advice on my recent 1st kit purchase which was ordered in and arrived 2 working days later, brilliant reliable services all round apart from Andy's barnet , cya soon boyz , need a comfy stool , any recommendations??”
