“They made an effort to let me check out the Boss pedal I bought. Hooked it on an acoustic guitar and a PA system. Great explanation about the product and got it cheaper from them than in other online store. Best service in Derby.”

“This is quite possibly the best customer service I have ever experienced. The guys at Rattle and Drum went way above the call of duty to get my bass drum pedals to me in the quickest amount of time, and talking on the phone was a pleasure as they were courteous and very efficient. I couldn’t be happier and plan on shopping at this drum shop in the future for sure. Massive thanks from a satisfied customer.”
