“This is an updated review. I had ordered ear protectors. Listed as 20db noise reduction, but when they arrived they stated 12db on packaging. To my ears they didn't work at all and having spent £16 and already opened them so not able to return, in disgust I left a negative review. To be fair to Drum and Rattle they contacted me and offered an exchange or refund, and updated the description. To be fair the service has been good.”
