“The tone pot on the guitar was not fitted correctly, with the securing nut being very loose and not accessible without the knob being removed. The instrument could not have been checked prior to dispatch. No documentation supplied with the guitar, manual, wiring diagram etc.”

Unfortunately as this is an anonymous review we don't know what guitar this relates to; we have received no communication at all from any customer regarding any issue like this. We pride ourselves on great aftercare and we are always happy to assist and help resolve any issues with the products we sell if given the chance.

“Customer service was great on Rattle and Drums end, and would of gave 5 stars had it been delivered on time. Paid an extra £20 to get it delivered the next day. Didn't arrive, contacted Rattle and Drum and whoever I was talking to was very helpful and chased Interlink Express up to find out what was going on. Got back to me immediately saying it will be delivered the next day... a Sunday?! It didn't arrive but it turned up on the Monday morning with red tape around the top with "SATURDAY DELIVERY" written on it haha, cheeky sods! Great guitar though! Fender T-Bucket 400CE”
