“I ordered a cymbal for my son for Christmas which didn't arrive due to supplier issues . In all my dealings with Rattle and Drum they were very helpful and once they had tracked down what had happened they got the item sent as soon as they could. Very happy with the item and the service.”

“I am honestly not happy with the service that I received. I ordered a pair of Kuppmen 5A carbon fibre drumsticks on standard delivery on Wednesday the 28th of December. Because it was standard delivery, it should have taken between 3 days minimum or 5 days maximum to deliver the sticks to me, instead I received the sticks 10 days on the 7th of January from when I'd ordered them. I emailed Rattle customer service on the 6th to ask for a refund as I was very unhappy with how long they had kept me waiting, which was when they then dispatched the sticks which arrived to me the following day on the 7th. This means that all along whilst I was waiting, they hadn't even packaged and dispatched the order, so in essence, I was waiting for nothing and could have been waiting for much longer had I not gone out of my way to email them and remind them about my order. During my wait I decided to go with another supplier which was Amazon and of course they delivered exactly when they said they would. I then had to refund the pair I later bought from Amazon as they arrived just a day after Ratelle and drum finally sent me the sticks. Overall not happy at all.”
