“I placed an order last week on line and quickly realised I’d ordered incorrectly, I messaged the shop (it was closed) and explained my error. A member of the team contacted me, had cancelled my incorrect order and reserved my required item, all before I’d even got into store. I was absolutely overwhelmed by the competence of the lovely staff member who was helping me. So polite and friendly, and most importantly, helpful! Thankyou so very much!”

Hi David, Thanks for your understanding. We are getting some delays from couriers, both goods coming in and going out to our customers. Thankfully not too often but there are still quite a lot of people ending up off work with COVID and it is still having an effect on everything. I hope everything else with your order was as expected :)
