“Help and support from Woody at Rattle and Drum was exemplary. After being checked at the shop, I received a telephone call notifying me that my Takamine GN11MCE-NS NEX was in good order and would be delivered the following day. It is hard to find such a personal service these days and I have found them to be helpful from day one. Thank you.”

“All I'm going to say is that recently over xmas I placed two orders one with rattle and one with another big music co in the uk ordered both things on the same day got rattles the next day the other ive been waiting on for 2 weeis rattle are great will only use them in the future”
