“Good price for the leads I required and very reasonable postage and packing. I'm local to the shop, it's excellent, well stocked a great knowledgeable staff who have time for the customer. “I ordered a ukulele and accessories as a Christmas present. The price was the best I could find and was a good saving compared with Amazon. I didn't realise it when ordering that one of the accessories wasn't in stock. I only found this out by calling the store to chase up a delivery date as I'd not been given one. The whole order was delayed waiting for the missing item. Phone call was answered promptly and issue resolved to my satisfaction just a pity I had to call in the first place. When the goods arrived, they were well packed and were what I wanted. I would use the store again and would have given 5 stars had they told me about the delay.”

“Rattle and Drum had absolutely the most competitive price on the web for this item. Purchase was easy, delivery was quick (bought early hours of Saturday morning, arrived on Tuesday afternoon) and it is an exceptional guitar. Flawlessly presented, not a nick, scratch or ding and it plays like heaven. Great action, straight neck, good strings. I'm in love and I'll be back for repeat business. Excellent product from an excellent seller.”
