“Ordered some drum sticks, which it transpired they didn't have in stock. Got a phone call almost straight away about other options, ended up chatting about durability and trying something different - Promark Firegrains - which after a few gigs are feeling great. Always use independent drum retailers over Amazon etc, it's far better to talk to real people and support dedicated music retailers.”

“Great service. Order online as couldn't get into the store and they rang me to clarify a slight change that was needed to the order and gave me options as to what I would like to do. No random impersonal emails or automated responses, they rang me and then emailed to confirm the changes. The order was then completed and sent out and with me in 2 days- quicker than I expected.”
