“I ordered my ukulele on morning of the 7th July and it arrived at 9. 30 the following day. What excellent service. It was a good price and arrived in excellent condition. They also responded very quickly to a simple query about a confusion over email addresses that was entering my fault. When I upgrade my ukulele I will definitely order it from Rattle and Drum.”

“Purchased some Fender neck screws on eBay. Checked a few listing as I wanted to make sure I was buying genuine Fender parts. I purchased neck screws on eBay in the past and they snapped in the neck. These were genuine Fender parts on original packaging. I received regular emails on the status of my order and delivery. Top service.”

“Cannot speak to highly of the guys at Rattle and Drum aThe mark of a good company is how they handle a problem Our drum kit was delivered with a part missing This was reported and the guys sorted it and delivered it within 48 hours They could teach a lot of other companies how to behave when an issue arises. It should be 6 stars out of 5”
