“I ordered four pairs of sticks. A week goes by and nothing, I emailed - no reply. Then, 11 days after my initial order, I got a call saying one pair were out of stock. They refunded me for the out of stock sticks, fair enough, and despatched the others...11 days after my initial order. I try to support independent retail, but I won't be supporting this independent retailer again.”

“Ordering was easy and time scale for shipping seemed quick but DHL were dreadful and said delivery on this date then said delay so rang R+D and Kevin was very helpful and DHL now say delivery on Monday when I was expecting it sooner and broke down my old rack ! and away in Edinburgh on delivery day !!! Only. Gave 3 stars due to poor shipping not sure if I’ll order from again, logistics but sick of ordering stuff when an eta is given and always customer chasing up”

“I have nothing but praise for Kev and this Company. In short, I purchased one of the latest Remo bass drum heads at their stand at the UK Drum Show. Their staff on stand were very helpful but I got the size wrong ie got a 22” instead of a 24”. I needed the 24 for Saturday but wasn’t able to call them until about 4.50pm on the Thursday prior. Obviously by that time Courier long gone but Kev was very helpful and said he had a 24, the last one in Europe at that time and offered to Courier it Friday for delivery on the Saturday. I made the arrangements which included me adding bass drum beater on the Friday morning and sure enough, at lunchtime DHL Fri the package with both items…. A huge thank you to both R& D and DHL the courier for achieving this delivery, from Derby to North Essex !!!!! IN TIME…. I have no hesitation in recommending Rattle & Drum to fellow drummers for any Drum related requirements, advice or purchases, only wish that Derby was not so far away. Sadly the Bank pulled the rug on our local store but thanks to m”

“Great customer service which is important for me as a customer and prices are good. The only drawback is items sold out very quickly, it took a while for it to be back in stock. Delivery is all depends on their 3rd party courier, which is out of R&D control. Sometimes the delivery is good but on occasion the courier didn’t show up as arranged. I have to contact R&D to let them know so that they could reschedule delivery.”
