“This book club really helped me find my passion for reading again. My brother initially signed me up for 3 months as birthday present. I loved it so much I signed up for the rest of the year myself. I have enjoyed reading but I struggled to find my niche. I didn't know where to start with books in the shops so having someone choose for me has been great. I've enjoyed every book, I have even gone back through past book club picks and purchased them too! The books come all lovely and wrapped and it's just a fantastic all round experience.”

“I have joined Rare Birds online book club 2 month ago. I have tried few during lockdown. I love reading and love books. I liked the advert so wanted to try. My first book arrived in April 2021. It was very delicate wrapping the book was wrapped in a tissue paper inside the delivery box. Just looked wonderful. The book was only 190 pages and I've red it in 5 days I think. Oh as I signed up I got a choice of 2 books to choose from. They gave me a brief discrimination of both and I choose one so the book is a surprise. Then on the 25th I logged on to leave a review on their site and red others thoughts about the book I've red. I enjoyed the book as normally I probably wouldn't have chosen it. All books are by female authors here. Reading my second book at the moment and very interesting too. I will stick with Rare Birds and one other site as really like them.both and can't choose. Rare birds is a very friendly online book club.”

“Have really enjoyed my 1st 2 books and reading the online discussion even though I haven’t joined in. It has encouraged me to choose books I might ordinarily have overlooked and definitely pushed my boundaries. I’m unsure about my 3rd book though - definitely wouldn’t have chosen it and the source of the reviews on the covers ( magazines mostly ) puts me off ( the alternative choice I already owned unfortunately!) so am bit disappointed and looks less “ literary “ than I had expected .”
