“5***** ''A real One Stop Shop !!'' Quality, Value, Personal Service and Reliability - Recently purchased excellent desktop pc refurb suite and Apple ipad refurb for my business! Am also really pleased that I can walk into your new retail shop on site in Padiham, Lancs too - I ended up purchasing everything from printer cartridges to WiFi booster plug-ins!! What an amazing idea - On-Line and walk in! Loved all the computers on display to look at and actually touch! Amazing prices, speed of service, warranties offered and outstanding quality! “I was a little wary about buying a refurbished computer, but RapidIT supplied me with a superb machine at an incredibly good price, with specs above the minimum quoted. I was able to give them my requirements on the 'phone, and they were really helpful and obliging. Delivery was prompt, and, although they omitted to supply one cable, a quick 'phone call sorted this out, and the cable arrived the next day. I'd definitely use them again, and have already recommended them to other people.”

“Bought two good laptops, however second laptop was not supplied with product key, after two phone calls, product key was sent but will not activate the windows 7, went thru Microsoft generated 200 character key and got it, IT trader need to supply laptop with product key which should have hassle free activation, other wise very happy with professional staff and service”

“Arrived quickly and very well packed, power lead was hidden at bottom of box underneath bubble wrap and for some reason wifi dongle would not work despite downloading driver with cd supplied, but my old one did, so no problem, nice fast computer, plenty of capacity and getting used to different software from my old desktop.”
