“I usually do not write reviews, but I was exceptionally and unbelievably surprised by Rainbow club! Not only that the shoes turned out to be to MOST COMFORTABLE shoes that the bride has ever tried in her life, but I got my package from UK to Bulgaria for less than 20 hours!! I still do not believe how fast this happened! This is amazing! Less than 20 hours from UK-Germany-Eastern Europe. My deepest gratitude goes to you! Good job!! Excellent job!”

“The product came within 2 days. Beautiful quality and colour (ivory). They are very comfy. The staff were Great, it got incorrectly delivered to the wrong company at my work and Rainbow called me to let me know who had them and directed me to where they were. I can't wait to wear them on my wedding day!”

“The service was efficient and quick. The electric blue dye was a perfect colour match. Upon receiving my shoes, I rang to order a clutch bag . Customer Services was most helpful, and located the remainder of my blue dye so no need to send another swatch of fabric. My friend recently bought a pair of Rainbow shoes upon my recommendation. Thank you!”

“I ordered a veil being told it would take 2 working days to arrive to me .. after waiting a week I called to see where it was & was told they weren't in stock & they couldn't tell me a date of when they would be!!! Very misleading & wouldn't consider shopping here again !!!!”

“A very prompt and positive response. The Company were so helpful and I am looking forward to the offer of having my shoes dyed for free. If I ever need to match shoes to an outfit in the future I would definitely use this service with the added bonus that my shoes are so comfortable. I will be recommending the Company to all my friends and family.”

“Hi where do I start I had the most beautiful rainbow shoes for my youngest daughters wedding the style heel height, everything about them I loved. My only her daughter gets married 16th sept , I've looked everywhere but nothing compared to my shoes which were rainbow ivory . I contacted Rainbow by email and they offered to dye them the light grey I was looking for, I posted them off a week ago and they came back today absolutely perfect I could cry, I cannot wait to wear them on 16th Sept , thank you rainbow for all your help xxxx”

“Bought the Rainbow Club Penny Ivory Lace shoes. They arrived really quickly, fit perfectly and are absolutely beautiful. My only complaint which isn't necessarily the companies fault is that the outer box was quite damaged/crushed and the actual shoe box was a little damaged but the shoes were absolutely fine. Looking forward to wearing them on my wedding day.”

“The Lexi shoes we ordered were stunning. Fantastic quality and a lovely fit. However we were extremely disappointed with the customer service follow up. On order we were told an email would be sent to track the delivery status of our order. Our order arrived in 3 days but still waiting for the email to be sent to us.”

“They arrived very quickly. They are a stunning colour that matches my dress so I did not buy a dye pack. They are a little higher than what I usually go for, but that just means lots of practice before the day. I have quite wide feet and I read they recommend to order a half size bigger for a wider fit, I did, when they arrived they still looked fairly narrow, but when I tried them on they fit well. Overall very happy with them.”
