“Very prompt delivery, sadly I had to return the shoes as they were too small but the customer service was excellent, I received an email to say they have received the return and a refund is already being processed. I had to call to advise I couldn't get into my pay pal and they were happy to help and refunded my credit card instead.”

“From start to finish, THE best product and company I have EVER come across.. Their professionalism and attention to detail is second to none. I had my wedding shoes dyed so that I could wear them again... it wasn't even 10 days from the start to the end of the process and the shoes were delivered back to my door . If I were to get married again, then I know exactly where I would get my shoes From! Have recommended to everyone, even those who aren't engaged yet :) Cannot recommend highly enough.”

“I can never get shoes to fit me, so as you can imagine when my wedding shoes arrived I thought I would never get them on. However I got them on and they were comfy so I was over the moon & highly delighted with them especially as they were reduced. Thank you Rainbow Club you have saved the day. X”

“My shoes are beautiful, they are lovely fitting and comfortable too. I am hoping as they are dyeable to purchase a colour pack after the wedding. Great reduction for black Friday and delivery was fast with up to date delivery information.”

“I ordered a pair of shoes I. The Black Friday sale. Order went through and money was taken from my account. 5 days later I get an email saying they don’t have them in stock and I will receive a refund. I am still waiting for the money to go back into my account. Luckily I managed to get the shoes through John Lewis who have been very helpful.”

“Sizing is perfect, great that theres half sizes. Track to the door courier DPD. The blue gem on the underside of the shoe for your something blue is a lovely touch”

“I placed an order I'm which it stated in stock, however after a few days i hadn't received my item, so I called you to be told that you were out of stock and I wouldn't be receiving it. If I hadn't called this could of gone on and on. I placed the order in the black Friday sale so they were at a bargain price, then when I was told out of stock the sale had ended and I was then unable to look for similar ones around that same price range. I was absolutely gutted as these shoes were pretty perfect for what I wanted.”
