“Great service and true to delivery time even over a bank holiday. It’s vital that your shoes for a special occasion are comfortable and beautiful and Rainbow shoes are. My daughter tried 9 other makes before yours but none compared with comfort. Bride and mother very satisfied, thank you.”

“I ordered the Hollie kitten heel shoes and Celina clutch bag, which arrived promptly and beautifully packaged. However, although I have wide feet, the shoes were too "gappy" around the back and so, sadly, I had to return them, along with the bag.”

“Returns have to be sent recorded delivery and I have to pay for the fees... not a great customer service! I will not buy again despite the shoes being lovely (but far too big which is the reason for the return!). The hassle of having to go to the post office and pay for delivery charges deters me from buying the size below!”

“My shoes arrived promptly and well packaged, they look very stylish and well made, I particularly like the little blue gem, I’m not the bride but the brides mother, shoes have now gone off to be dyed to match my dress, love that this is a free service. Looking forward to seeing them in my chosen colour.”
