“Very efficient service, the shoes I ordered were dispatched without charge within 24 hours and were gorgeous when they arrived. I also think it is a fantastic idea that they will dye them for you after the wedding so they can be used again.”

“I purchased my Rainbow Club wedding shoes from John Lewis and sent them to Rainbow to be dyed. Unfortunately, because of the lace on my shoe, the colour wasn't quite right. Rainbow apologised because I said they should have told me that lace didn't colour in the same way, and they also let me choose another pair of shoes to be dyed. They let me try them on and did another colour sample for me, and very quickly got the perfect coloured shoe to me without me being out of pocket. Their service was excellent, very professional, very quick turnaround and their shoes are lovely too.”

“My daughters wedding shoes were so comfortable and so pretty. We also sent them back for the free wedding gift dye service they offer. They were returned within seven days beautifully dyed and will look wonderful again when worn. New life has been brought back to the ever so elegant shoes.”

“Very satisfied customer! Exceptionally comfortable heels to stand in all day and boogie all night in and the dying service is exemplary. Having thought the ivory satin shoes were all but destroyed with stains and marks I sent them to be dyed on the off chance that something could be done and a seemingly new pair of shoes have been returned. Absolutely astonishing results & looking forward to finding an occasion to wear my gorgeous Rainbow heels again! Thank you!”
