“Completely gorgeous shoes, fab customer service. Shoes do come a little small in the toe area, always go a half size larger than your high street size.”

“Ordered a pair of shoes in the sale. Shoes had not arrived for nearly 5 days. When I called up Rainbow Club, I was put on hold and then told, there had been a discrepancy and my money would take 5 days to be returned! If I hadn’t queried it, then I would’ve been out of a product and money! So close to a wedding and no shoes! Rubbish customer service; not genuine at all nor apologetic! 0 stars!”

“The shoes are amazing, very happy but the delivery company you used left them in the back garden on the floor under a table on a day when it was heavily raining. They were wet right through the cardboard box and the shoe box”

“Bought my shoes for my wedding on 1st November and wore them from 1pm till midnight . So comfortable and very stylish. It was a wet day and being satin they had a few grass stains , mud and even a couple of red wine splashes . After contacting very helpful customer services I sent my shoes to be dyed navy blue . They arrived today only 1 week after posting and they look amazing . Wonderful shoes and exceptional service .”

“Ordered shoes on next day delivery, expected them to be delivered on the Friday. Nothing. No email, no contact, so I rang them to be told the ‘system was down’ and they would sort it Monday when actually my wedding was the Sunday. Now I’ve later found out the systems went down on Wednesday, the day I ordered my shoes yet they didn’t contact me or anything so that I could try and find alternative shoes for my wedding!”

“I bought 'Adrianna' shoes for my wedding in June and my step-daughter children's with a small wedge. My shoes were absolutely FANTASTIC! I wore them from 11am until midnight, I only wore my flip flops i had bought for the last hour of our reception. My shoes were so comfortable, I didn't 'break them in' as wanted them looking as new as possible for the photos. They didn't rub at all and the next day my feet didn't hurt either. The only down side is that this style can't be dyed. I would 100% recommend these shoes! Thank you 😊”

“i was very impressed with these pair of elegant peep toe shoes in ivory but description and pic looked quite silvery. I thought at first they may be a little tight fitting and may need to change size. I decided to keep them and did end up wearing them for an occasion. looked and felt surprisingly comfortable even after wearing for more than 4 hrs. I only wear mid or low heel shoes and this was perfect and very stylish. love this shoe website.”

“Unfortunately the shoes I sent back several weeks ago have still not been refunded to my account despite reassurance that a refund had been issued. My advice is to make sure you send anything back by recorded delivery - fortunately I did on this occasion.”

“when I rang and ordered shoes I was told it was 3/4 working days but a few weeks wnet by and I rang They coudnt be more apolagetic it was obviously overlooked but the shoes were here the very next day. Fantastic service. I would highly recommend.”

“This is the second time I have purchased Rainbow Club shoes and bag and the first time I have used their colouring service. Purchased the shoes and bag from John Lewis and then sent to Rainbow Club for dying. I was under a little time pressure, so used the express service which was £20, and to be honest felt it was £20 well spent, as the shoes were back with me in 6 days. I’ve noticed a couple of negative reviews about having to pay for postage, but bearing in mind the colouring service is free, I don’t think there is any room to complain. The whole process ran like clockwork, and I would never worry about using again. The shoes are very comfortable too, as thirst type of shoes are usually worn to an event like a wedding and Rainbow club have borne this in mind. Thank you Rainbow Club for peace of mind,”

“Eventually, after many problems I have received my shoes and they are perfect. First saw these shoes and tried on at John Lewis at Bluewater, was told wrongly by John Lewis that I had to order direct with Rainbow Club, found out this was wrong information, tel Rainbow Club & ordered and paid for them, they advised me to send cotton reel with colour swatch, this unfortunately did not arrive, tel Rainbow Club getting anxious, my order had been put away in a cupboard somewhere. I eventually got shoes and am very pleased with them.”

“I'm quite disappointed - a poor customer experience. I have purchased 7 pairs of possible wedding shoes, and from giving me no other option than have to select and pay for next day delivery to start, to a missing product detail/returns form in the box, to no 'free return' options, and receiving not particularly helpful info from the customer service team - this has been a rather frustrating experience unfortunately. The shoes are lovely(!) unfortunately the customer experience did not meet my expectations.”

“Great service and true to delivery time even over a bank holiday. It’s vital that your shoes for a special occasion are comfortable and beautiful and Rainbow shoes are. My daughter tried 9 other makes before yours but none compared with comfort. Bride and mother very satisfied, thank you.”
