“I had a beautiful pair of Rainbow shoes and matching bag dyed a mint green colour for my daughters wedding. Was delighted with them. Unfortunately I wore the shoes on damp grass for photographs and the shoes were ruined. I stress this was my own fault. On sending an enquiry about having the shoes dyed black in order to continue wearing them, I have had the most exceptional service from Rainbow Club, and lovely responses from Julia Norman, Web Coordinator. Due to an amazing offer just now I have had my shoes dyed black at no cost to me at all and they are gorgeous! Lovely for Christmas. I then enquired about having the bag dyed black too. Again I heard back very quickly that the bag too can be dyed black at no cost to me. I am sending it away tomorrow!!! The very prompt and friendly replies to my emails and this amazing offer has left me one very happy customer. Thank you.”

“I ordered a bag to match shoes I already had. Ordered afternoon time and received lunch time following day in perfect condition. I was very impressed both with the speed of the free delivery service and the item that I'd chosen. Will certainly order from Rainbow club again and would definitely recommend to friends. “My shoes were returned to me dyed a beautiful silver grey in under a week. Great service. I have now purchased a handbag colour pack and sent this off so I'm sure it will be returned just as efficiently. The quality of the dye process was excellent and I would thoroughly recommend this service. Great shoes too very comfortable and very elegant. Five stars!”

“I had my shoes dyed to match a handbag and the end result is perfect. Customer service was excellent (when you phone you actually speak to a person! - always a bonus these days), and they ensured I received the shoes promptly. I am thrilled with the result and can't fault them. I highly recommend this service. Brilliant.”

“Product is lovely and well packaged only fault is it was due between 9th and 11th august I contacted on 12th as they had not arrived they said they had been held up in warehouse and they would look into it so they arrived today on 15th august so I waited 9days for parcel that's my only fault”

“Ordered two pairs of shoes for my wedding (couldn't decide...I don't have 4 feet!) ... Delivery I thought would be Wednesday as I's missed daily deadline on Monday, but they arrived before 9.45am the very next day. Still can't decide which ones to wear as they're both very comfortable and I will wear both again after my own wedding. So keeping both! Shoes are great for those ladies with wider tootsies like myself. Not cheap but definitely value for money and am delighted with the product and the service. Looking forward to dancing the night away in my sparkly new shoes. Thank you Rainbow Club. 10/10.”
