“My order was processed and the shoes were shipped very quickly and arrived within a day or so of my order. The shoes are truly beautiful and are very elegant but they were just a touch too high for me given the narrow heel and I didn't feel that I'd be able to keep them on for more than half an hour. I'm going to return and buy the lower heel, open toe version instead.”

“Fabulous service, I ordered my shoes on Wednesday afternoon and I woke up to a text on the Thursday to tell me my shoes would arrive on Friday and on Friday morning I received a text with a hours time slot of when my shoes would be delivered. My shoes are beautiful and were individually wrapped up in their box which is how they will stay until the day I get married.”

“I received my shoes yesterday after them being dyed to match my bag. I think it would be better not to run the return delivery right up to the date required, if there are problems there is no time to do anything to rectify them. Also I was disappointed that no effort had been made to remove the scuff mark on the toe of one shoe before they were dyed. I did think of doing this myself before sending them to you but thought that you would have professional cleaning material to do this. Otherwise your service is satisfactory.”

“I am still awaiting the shoes - they should have arrived by last weekend but still nothing........... Do you know where they are. I'd be grateful if somebody could look into it please. Very annoyed and disappointed !!”

“Beautiful veil. Packaged well and arrived quickly. External packaging was covered in some sort of oil when it arrived and so was the invoice. Thankfully it hadn't seeped into the inner box with the veil.”

“Delivery was very fast and was very informative about exactly when and who would be delivering shoes. I had a few enquiries and problems which were quickly answered via email. I ordered the wrong colour and that was quickly rectified further more as I live in Exeter I was able to exchange the shoes for a smaller size at the warehouse directly. Brilliant customer service and lovely products”

“The delivery service was excellent, only ordered Monday and goods delivered by Thursday. Delivery tracking on the internet was brilliant. The colour service needs to be clearer as I ordered two items to be died the same colour, so had to ring to check these could be returned with 1 colour swatch and in 1 bag. Returned my items on Friday, just waiting for them to be returned to me!”

“The after sales care was perfect. After a pair the wrong shade, the Rainbow team worked with myself to match the perfect colour shoes and bag. They kept me informed, apologised and compensated me without hesitation, in fact they were caring and professional. I would recommend their products and colour matching service despite the mistake in the beginning. They made a stressful situation disappear and a positive outcome. Very grateful, many thanks”

“Couldn't be happier with the shoes , they are beautiful and everything was going so well when I had a message to tell me when the shoes were being delivered.Due to unforeseen circumstances I didn't make it home in time to meet the delivery man ,so I tracked my package and it said the shoes had been delivered and signed for by Easton . I didn't know who that was so I went to all my neighbours they hadn't signed for them. A few hours later my husband went to put something in our wheelie bin to find them just dumped on the floor in the pouring rain ,it had been raining all day ,luckily the shoes weren't ruined but they would've been if they had been left there much longer , so was a little annoyed. Shoes are fab though so I coped .”

“I could not be more happier with the service I received! I ordered, paid & received my shoes within 5 days. They were a little big, so sent them back to order a smaller size & again received them in quick time. The shoes are absolutely gorgeous too. So much that Iv now ordered my bridesmaids shoes too.”

“The shoe bought where for my child's communion. The shoe with the t bar was was a perfect fit however the jewel in the bow both fell out within a few hours so I was a little disappoint by that”
