“Shoes arrived very promptly. Mainly comfortable but toes still a bit squashed considering they were wide fit. Couldn't wear for long periods but hopefully will be fine for a few hours or when mainly sitting. Very pleased that they can be dyed black for free after wedding, which makes them worth the money as wouldn't wear ivory shoes again.”

“I never encircled a conformation email so I didn't know if my order was being processed. I had to contact customer services to verify this. Then I was a little bit confused with the colour pack. I thought I was going to receive actual colour samples... I don't really have a piece of cloth to send. I have contacted customer services again to see if I can quote the number of the color as seen in John Lewis. No answer yet and I can't process my order!!”

Hi Thank you for your review. I am very sorry for this, our confirmation emails are an automated email so it may have gone in to your spam. All our dyeing is a bespoke service so we hand mix the dye to match any colour you desire. This is why we request a swatch from yourself to mix the dye tot match. We can however match to the John Lewis colours as well, you can quote this number on the colour pack order form. “The shoes fit my wide feet and were comfortable for the important day's wear. After my wedding, you dyed them navy blue and I'm absolutely delighted with the result: comfortable, good-looking, high-heeled evening or formal shoes. This is unheard of! Thank you very much. I am already recommending them to all my friends.”

“I found the shoes for my wedding in a bridal store however they said they did not do half sizes and wanted to charge me postage. I went to rainbow club website and was delighted to find my shoes available in half sizes and feee postage.😀👍🏻”
