“Customer Service was very helpful as I wanted advice about shoe-sizing for a pair of bridesmaid's shoes for my 12 year old daughter. The shoes were beautifully packaged, arrived quickly and were a good fit.”

“Excellent customer service- from the first telephone contact, through collection of shoes, to the day I had to return the item as my daughter is in-between sizes and nothing fits her! Then a receipt of an email, confirmimg the return and a forthcoming refund. Many thanks for your patience and for being so nice? ????????????”

“We posted a poor review of Rainbow following disappointment with the time taken to provide the colouring service and the colouring result. However following a conversation with them now realise that the colouring issue that we had was down to checking the colour of the shoes at dusk rather than full daylight. In fact, in full daylight, the shoes are very close to the swatch that we provided. Rainbow's follow up to our complaint was nothing short of exemplary and whatever the final outcome they deserve full credit for responding so quickly and professionally.”

“I tried the shoes on in my local John Lewis and was very disappointed with the service and the shoes themselves were black where people had been trying them on so decided to order them online instead. Very quick delivery service, I have since sent them back to be dyed for my wedding. I am very pleased with the fit the extra padding inside makes them a dream to wear. Can't wait to see them in purple all ready for my big day!”

“Ordered the shoes on a Thursday morning; i was very impressed when on the same day i received an email saying the shoes would be delivered the next day. Delivery information was excellent the courier company indicated a 1 hour time slot with options during the day if you suddenly found out you were not going to be home such as deliever to a neighbour or a designated pick up point. The courier company kept to there promise and said they would deliver anytime between 12:24 and 13:24 and exactly 12:30 the courier was at the door. Shoes were well packed and of excellent quality with not a mark on them. Have decided to use the companies dying service (which costs £25) although feel that this service is slightly overpriced for what it is considering the shoes cost £59. I would have hoped that as i brought the shoes direct from them and not from another supplier they would have offered it slightly cheaper or offered some sort of bundle type deal. I am confident that judging by the excellent service so far they will dye my shoes to the exact colour asked for and will be ordering my daughters shoes in the near future.”

“I emailed Rainbow Club as i had a few questions, i received a prompt and efficient reply. I placed my order and my items were delivered the following day! Unfortunately the shoes wont be in stock until mid April.......however i feel confident that as soon as they are in stock they will be delivered. What i did appreciate was the fact that you get a hour delivery slot so you know exactly when your items will be delivered.”

“I placed this order around 23rd February and was told that they expect the item in in a months time, which is fine. However, instead of charging me when the item came in they decided to charge me a month before. Totally unacceptable, they need to revise their payment system and only charge once items have been despatched.”

“The most beautiful shoes I have ever seen. Can't stop looking at them. So comfortable they feel like slippers. The best wedding purchase I have made. Thank you so much for an amazing service and delivery. Beautifully packaged and would 100% recommend to anyone. Excellent comfort heel height and cushion within the shoe itself. Over the moon. :)”

“Ordered a Colour pack as I contacted Rainbow club recently. I have purchased a pair of their shoes and asked if they can be dyed (even though they no longer make the pair I have), to be told yes, that's not problem. I can now have my shoes the same colour as my bridesmaid dresses - very happy! Thanks”
