“I am very impressed with your customers services team. I had a problem with my recent order, the lady l spoke to was very apologetic & efficiently dealt with it, in a pleasant manner, promising to send off the new item that day. True to her word it duly arrived the next day .Very impressive.Thank you.”

“After receiving my shoes that were a very small fit I returned them. I expected a refund within a reasonable time unfortunately I was told it would take up to 14 days for this to be processed. I was very surprised it would take this long.”

“Love rainbow shoes but never tried dye service before. Loved colour when they arrived and everyone commented on them. Regretting not getting matching bag and emailed about how I could order and get dyed at same time. Received emails advising procedure. Kept up to date. Can't wait to receive bag. Beyond delighted with shoes and extremely pleased with service. Will 100% use again. Thank you.”

“Amazing shoes (have so far bought two pairs) - one going back to be coloured to match my wedding dress, customer service has been amazing on both occasions & answered all my questions, I will also be getting my flower girl shoes from Rainbow Club too & most definitely will be buying more shoes in the future! I found them true to size & really comfy. Also love that fact they are a British company. Well done - so glad I found your website, have been telling loads of my friends about you”

“I ordered my wedding shoes last minute but, I could not have made the best decision ever regarding footwear. My order was promptly dealt with and I wore my shoes 12 hours and not an ache orca blister, plus they looked so beautiful. Highly recommend this company thank you Rainbow”

“Lovely shoes and I’ve decided on a pair plus a bag to be dyed to match my dress for my daughter’s wedding but the big minus is you have to pay to return the shoes!!!!! Nearly £14!!!!!!”

“The shoes look lovely but they come up small. Also the return time is about 2 weeks so if you want them to be dyed for a special event you may be better doing it through an outlet rather than direct - although there is a wider choice of shoe on line.”

“Thank you Rainbow Club - after months of trawling Google for some simple yet chic, not-too-high-heel, comfortable yet pointed toe pure white satin wedding shoes, I finally found them on your site (the Harper Ivory Satin Ankle Straps); ordered them thinking that surely they couldn't be as good as they looked/sounded, and then they arrived and they are PERFECT! You would not believe how hard it's been to found a shoe like this - and at such a reasonable price, I'm totally thrilled. My wedding is not for another few months, so I can't report what they were like to wear on the day, but they are extremely comfortable (and I've tried hundreds of pairs on before this) and I cannot wait to wear them. I'm also looking forward to dyeing them a chic black with gold straps after the wedding and wearing them for years to come! The delivery was also very speedy - I live in Dubai yet I received them in pristine condition within three days of ordering. Well done Rainbow Club! From an excited and happy bride XX”

“I am delighted with my Greta handbag. It is lovely quality and roomy inside. On first sight it looked quite plain until I realised there is a tiny pocket in the band on the front for your own embelishments. I put some of the flowers from the bridesmaids headpieces and it looked amazing. There's no need to dye it, you can add your own colour each time you use it.”

“The speed of the delivery was brilliant, especially due to the fact that with everything else to remember to organise, I forgot to order shoes until my bridal shop asked me to bring them to my fitting. Thanks to the speedy delivery, I had them with time to spare! Beautiful shoes, and I can't wait to wear them on my wedding day. Feel so comfortable as well as being pretty and importantly, not overpriced at all.”
