“I'm so disappointed. My second order was not acknowledged as having been accepted and I had to call and email to get a response. Also, my colour pack was sent to the wrong address! LUCKILY my neighbour just came around and asked if the parcel might belong to us. This order is crucial to my wedding-please take more care and attention. Also, I am worried that when I send my shoes and handbag in, they won't come back to me or won't be the right shade. I am wondering what is going on with this company.”

“I loved the shoe I ordered from rainbow. I was happy with the quality, comfort and style of the shoe. The fit came up smaller than expected and so I had to return a prior shoe size ordered. I was unsatisfied that return fees were no included like on other brands.”

“Packaging excellent unfortunately parcel was delayed Customer wasted a day waiting for the parcel and also had to phone to find out when it was eventually going to be delivered. Unfortunately the items did not arrive in time to be sent back for the dyeing process. Repackaged and returns label stuck on. Went to Post Office where I was informed that the second class label was not valid and that it would not even h@ve covered the value of the goods being sent back. Had to pay £11 to send items back. Furious. Company should be ashamed of themselves. Disgraceful to say the least.”

“The shoes and bag I have ordered are absolutely gorgeous. Bought for my daughters wedding to match my outfit Very quick delivery, and very carefully packaged . I tried them on and the fit was perfect, then sent back with a sample of my chosen colour to be dyed . Arrived back again very quickly and such a perfect match to my mother of the bride outfit . I am very please and would highly recommend this company”

“So easy to order, delivery was on time (next working day), both pairs of shoes are beautiful and of the highest quality. Sadly I have to return the flowergirl shoes as they are too small but will be keeping my bridal shoes. Thanks Rainbow, I am one happy bride to be!”

“Answered my every question quickly. Find it hard to get shoes to fit as i have flat wide feet. Could not believe that the first pair of shoes i ordered fit like a glove, are very comfortable and are outstanding quality. Cannot wait to wear them on my wedding day”

“I bought a pair of shoes for my daughters wedding, and after reading the reviews and advisory notes from Rainbow Club for a wider foot, I ordered a half size bigger than my normal size, and they fit perfectly and they are so comfy. The shoes arrived well packaged and each shoe was individually wrapped and protected with sponge around the toe part. I would definately reccommend and advise that if you do have a wide foot to go a half size bigger.”

“When I hadn’t received an email for the distribution of my shoes , I made a call and the lady /customer advisor was so polite and apologetic for the non receiving of the email , and she put my mind at ease and gave me all the information I needed. So thank you”

“I placed an order with an expected delivery time of 2 days. 7 days later I had no delivery yet the money had left my account. I tried to call the number on the email but after being on hold for 5 minutes I gave up. I emailed however had no response. The only way I was able to contact was through the Facebook page where I did receive some great help within good time. But it turned out that my order hadn’t even been processed!!!”
